What we collect

When you ask for a quote or book a dumpster or trailer, we collect your name, phone number, email, the addresses you give us, details about the job and your dates.

Why we collect it

To answer you, price the job, schedule delivery and pickup, and do the work. We do not sell or share your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Who helps us

• Our hosting provider, where the website and its records live.
• Cloudflare, which protects the site and checks that forms come from people, not bots (Turnstile).
• Google Analytics, which counts visits to the site, only if you allow it.
• GlitchTip, an error-reporting service run by our IT provider, which tells us when the website breaks, without your contact details.
• Google Workspace, for email, once it is set up.

Cookies

Analytics cookies are off until you choose "Allow analytics". If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as "no" and don't ask. You can change your choice any time from "Cookie settings" at the bottom of every page.

How long we keep it

• Customer records: while we do business with you.
• Spam and test requests: 90 days.
• Backups: 30 days.

Children

This site is not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
